I-215 Overpasses The I-215 overpasses at 3300 South and 4500 South were recently replaced. The landscapes of these two overpasses were designed to respond to the murals on the bridge walls. Plant materials were intentionally limited because of no irrigation water source.
North Port Commerce Center This industrial center is located in Salt Lake City adjacent to the airport property. Dominion developed a streetscape plan for 2200 West and a master landscape plan for the industrial park. The initial phase 1 landscape improvements have recently been constructed.
Spanish Fork Justice Center The justice center houses a new police station and court house located in Spanish Fork, Utah on 9 acres of land. Future phases of the project anticipate the addition of a library, court house expansion, and community center.The landscape design accommodates future building expansions to the court house and uses colored gravel and plant material to create a formal landscape design.
Oakley City Rodeo Grounds The 60 acre recreation facility was designed to accommodate a popular July Rodeo event and meet the needs of the communities youth sporting needs. Included in the park design are indoor and outdoor rodeo arenas, rodeo staging area, permanent parking for 540 vehicles, 3 baseball fields, 4 soccer fields, a playground, a skate park, and a camping area.
Pinnacle Point Park This Draper Utah park is located on nine acres of property. It includes parking areas, a pavilion, a baseball field, and grass area for three soccer fields.
Kohl's This commercial development is located in West Valley City, Utah. Landscape plantings, irrigation design, and tree drainage system we designed for this large national retailer.
